Shipping, Returns, Exchange, and Backorder Policy
What is our return/exchange Policy?
You may return your unused, unwashed, undamaged product for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling costs) within 30 days of purchase date. We also offer FREE exchanges. Just ship the item back to the address below with your original invoice number and state the sizes or items you wish to receive. We cover the return shipping to you FREE of charge!

For damaged or incorrect product
We will refund or exchange any damaged or incorrect product (including shipping). If you receive damaged or incorrect product please make sure tell our customer service rep so that the proper return # can be issued. You will receive instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect product at this time.
We recommend you ship your item with a carrier that provides tracking information as well as insurance. Live.Love.Michigan will not be held liable for products lost in transit. Turnaround time for credits and replacements is 2-4 weeks.
Order Processing Period
While we do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible, we have a 3-5 business day processing period.
Due to the extremely LIMITED nature of certain products we sell, there will be occasions where the item you ordered is OUT OF STOCK. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally (We couldn't update the website fast enough!), or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. In this case, you will receive an e-mail or phone call notifying you of the circumstances. We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items are restocked within 7-14 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at contactus@livelovemichigan . We regret that we are unable to provide an exact estimated time of arrival (ETA dates) for any backordered products.
